My new piece Into the Woods has been accepted into the Hot and Cold: Wax Artists of California show at Blue Line Arts in Roseville, California. The Exhibition runs February 18 - April 1st, with an artists reception on March 18 from 4-8pm.

Bev Barnett is an artistic adventurer, driven by the  perpetual questions "what if" and "why not?" 

Her unique fiber art sculpture work speaks to adventure, joy and infinite possibility. She uses local plants to alter recycled textiles using natural dying and eco-printing techniques. Many of her works incorporate used guitar strings and other found objects. 

Her mixed media canvas works combine eco-printed textiles and hand-made plant-based paper.  Her unique Eco-printed silk scarves and eco-printed and hand-made paper cards highlight the beauty and mystery of nature.
